Each year, in addition to the array of formal scientific programs, MIP also offers a number of other free educational opportunities to its members. Every winter, between the Fall and Spring candidates’ courses, MIP holds approximately 5-10 “Mini-Semester Courses” that are open to all of the MIP membership. Mini-Semester Courses run for between 2 and 6 weeks and are generally 6 hours in total length. These courses are taught by MIP faculty and vary topically from year to year. MIP also offers occasional mid-semester (Fall or Spring) courses to the membership as well.
Below you will find sample listing of Member Courses offered over the past two years. Once available (generally in December), the 2016-2017 Mini-Semester Winter Courses will be listed here.
